Memorial Donation Form 

You can make a donation in memory or in honor of someone special to you. A bookplate with the name of the person being remembered as well as the person making the donation will be placed in the front of the book. The book will then be added to the library’s collection. A memorial or honor book is a lasting tribute to a loved one that many can enjoy. Memorial and honor books are a wonderful way to remember or honor loved ones as well as supporting the library.

You can place a book in the library in memory/honor of someone by completing the online form or by calling the Library.
